Bow Down: Try stretching by warming up on the bed resting the back against the wall then point to the ceiling and stretch. Be sure not to pull too hard but keep the back stuck to the wall the whole time.

Pelvic Shift: The essence of this exercise is to stretch the spine and hips thereby adding your height. Lay flat on your back with the shoulders and arms securely planted on the floor and bend the knees drawing both feet toward the bum and curve your back; this will push up the pelvic forward

Supplements, and diets will help, but stretch exercises are the best way to grow taller.
