You can get your partner to trust you again and you can learn how to wholeheartedly trust your partner again too. It is not always an easy task and it does require patience and work.
To rebuild the trust in each other and the relationship you need to accept that trust operates on many different layers and it will take time, it is not something that can be built over night in most cases. You need to first trust yourself and be honest with yourself and open new pathways with your partner.
